John Green's Turtles All The Way Down

4.75/ 5 stars.

Holy Crap I love this book. It is just amazing. I really don't believe I have read a book that I could realate to more; I was crying most of the way through this book. Everything about hits so close to home.

Aza has OCD. Her life is hard and she hates being different. She goes out to find the father of her friend, who she hasn't seen in years. Of course, like every John Green book, the two fall in love. However, because of Aza's OCD it is hard for her to have an relationship.

I'm not going to do this review like I usually do, this book is to personal for that. In the 286 pages of this book, I found myself crying, laughing, and at times both. I read this book a few months ago and I couldn't pick it up again or I would cry. I would say that it made me cry more than Fault in our Stars. I was going to re-read it but, it is still to soon for me. The only reason why I am writing this review is that I needed to review some books. It is such a heart wrenching book that, I don't know, it was good. I'm usually not good with sad books. Hate List by Jennifer Brown was my first expeirence with sad books and that book was so hard for me to read. Not because it was bad, but because it was powerful. After that, I couldn't read a sad book for awhile. That was in November of 2019. I didn't read my next sad book until March of 2020. That book was the Fault in Our Stars. About a month

later, I read this book.

It is hard for me to write about this book. For that exact reason, I have not written a review of Hate List or Fault in Our Stars. I do plan to but, not yet.

!!WARNINGS!! This book contains: Mental Illnesses.

I do not recommend this book to anyone under the age of 15.
